The sea at the long wide beach of Nea Kallikratia is shallow, making it also suitable for families with small children.

The visitor can choose one of the two beaches in Nea Kallikratia, one in front of the village and the other, at the end of the village called “Sahara”.  Both beaches are disabled access friendly and have a lifeguard.
