Race Details: A Challenge for Every Runner

The 11th Mountain Running Race offers three distinct courses, catering to runners of all levels:

• 24km Trail (+1200m) / ITRA & Utmb Index: For experienced trail runners, this challenging course takes you deep into the heart of Kakavos Mountain, where you’ll encounter rugged terrains, steep ascents, and breathtaking views | Starts at 10:00am

• 14km Trail (+560m) / ITRA: A perfect blend of challenge and accessibility, this race is ideal for those who want to push their limits while still enjoying the stunning scenery Starts at 11:30

• 5 km Road Race: A more relaxed route, designed for beginners and casual runners who want to experience the joy of trail running without the intense physical demands | Starts at 11:15

The starting and finishing point of the race is defined as the “Horostasi Square” in Megali Panagia.
